Why is the software cheap?
You can take the software for downloading only! You don't have to pay for frilly package, license and printing user manual, which altogether makes up the majority of the total value. But, unfortunately, in this case you cannot get a technical support and different additional discounts from the producer. Also you can take updates which are available for the majority of our products. Finally, you will not pay for the delivery.
Is this upgrade software?
We offer you only complete versions that can be installed without any previous versions of software to be downloaded.
Operating systems which support our software
Not all of our products are for Windows 98x, NT, ME, 2000, XP platform. Since not all of the final versions of software work on operational systems launched before 2000, we feel our duty to tell you to look for the system requirements at the official web site of producer. This will help you verify that the product you are about to buy is compatible with your machine.
The languages of the software
Except from those with special marks in the description of the product, all software, which can be found on our website is in English only!
Do you send the CD with software?
It is impossible; we will not delivery software on a disk.
What about the software for Machintoshes?
At present, we do not provide such software. But we plan to expand the list of products, therefore, we would like to ask you to verify the presence of a product in News section time to time.
Do your offer the latest releases?
Not all versions of the software that we sell are the latest releases. To clarify this issue, you need to contact the manufacturer.
What about the format of files for downloading?
A lot of the software is provided for downloading in SFX-archive files, you do not need any complementary software on your computer. We also offer ISO versions of installation files, which are for burning CD copies. To use files with ISO extension you need CD-burning software. ISO files have the same content as SFX-archives, but bigger size as a rule.
All operating systems and other goods have to be installed from CDs, these products are in ISO format only. You can find the bill of such products in section p. 2.7.1.
Kindly learn the instruction before beginning the installation on your own account. There is the particular user manual for type of file that you need.
Do I need special software to run the programs I bought?
A lot of the software does not require any complementary programs to be installed, but we would like to inform you regarding some products (see in section p. 2.7.1.). They have to be installed from the CD. You need CD-R or CD-RW and CD-burning software for burning the CD successfully, like Nero Burning Suite or Roxio Easy Media Creator. We offer a free version of Ahead Nero 6.3 with products that require burning to CD.
My computer cannot open the file with the archiver program, which was identified as ZIP/RAR file.
This file is in ISO format, as you can see from your account. You will not be able to open it with archiver program, you will have to burn such file to a CD. For correct burning of the image dick, please use the instructions on your account.
Can I download the software to one PC and install it to another?
Of course you can do it. Please use the PC with fast Internet Connection for downloading.
I would like to ask you What do I need to do if the installation or activation of the software was unsuccessful?
Fist of all, please, contact our support department. You can get help from our support team using the Trouble Ticket Center. This will be the easiest way to contact and communicate with us. You can find the Trouble Ticket Center on your account. It is located on the main page, kindly click there. You will open a new ticket automatically and after that you can inform us about your problem.
When will I receive the access details for the download center?
You have to place your order on the page of order confirmation, after that you will receive the access details (URL, login and password). Additionally all these details will be forwarded to your email. Kindly be attentive and send your access details on the order’s confirmation page, because if you use a spam filter you always have a risk to get the situation with not receiving emails.
Can I get the opportunity to download the purchased software again in case of my system crashes?
You have to send the inquiry with explanation of your problem and after that we will restore the downloading possibility for your account. Additionally you can make a reserve copy of the product.
Can I download if I am on dial-up?
You can download the software through the accelerator, even for poor types of connections, because our servers (primary and backup) support the resumption of transfers. But we do not recommend you to place an order, if Dialup is the only opportunity for you.
What is the average download time?
Time, which will be spent on a file depends on the following factors. First of all, the file size, which is always great, and sometimes can be up to 700 MB. If you are on Dial-Up connection, we recommend you not to exercise injection.
The installation of the purchased software is too complicated. Please, can I have my purchase refunded?
The software which we provide at this site is very easy to use and has standard installation procedure. For the installation procedure. Any product with a complicated installation procedure is accompanied with detailed instructions. Following these steps you shouldn’t have any difficulties with installation. Will I pay any additional hidden charges?
There are no additional hidden charges. The cost of software is a one time; you also have to pay 3.95 USD as payment for the transaction. This fee will be added to the total output, not to each product separately. No recurring periodical charges will be issued against your card.
Do you accept any other way of payment, except from credit cards? What kind of cards do you accept?
We do not accept any other kind of payment. Authorised Software Reseller accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and JCB.
Explain, please, what is the is CVV/CVC2 code asked in your registration form?
CVV/CVC2 is a security code. It is printed on the back side of your card, right after the account number. This is necessary for further authorization of your credit card.
I have some troubles with my card at the moment of placing the order, what do I have to do?
